Juvelia - Wanted to switch to something more modern.

Juvelia Tennisarmband AB is a Stockholm-based jewellery business that offers an exclusive range of tennis bracelets, diamond necklaces, alliance rings and diamond earrings. Since inception, Juvelia has focused on high quality, with an emphasis on details and ensuring that the customer is always offered the very best. Today Jonas and Juvelia are based in the office space Convendum in central Stockholm, which contains a showroom where customers are received via booked meetings.

Time for something more modern.

After leaving the physical store in Ă–stermalm in 2020 and moving into Convendum, it was time to switch to new payment methods as well. It was decided that the previously used payment solution was to be replaced with something that was more modern and better adapted to Juvelia's business model. The choice ultimately fell on Zaver.

Zaver is a super flexible service to use and is much appreciated by customers. Many have said 'amazing, how frictionless', and it's consistently been positive feedback.

Easy administration and good cooperation.

Jonas explains that there are several reasons why Zaver works so well for Juvelia. “Zaver is a super flexible service to use and is much appreciated by customers. It is easy to administer a payment to a customer, just by sending a quick SMS with a payment link. The customer is then verified via BankID, chooses the payment method and everything goes frictionless and at lightning speed”. The collaboration with Zaver has also worked very well, according to Jonas. "They are present, fast and helpful as soon as you have any questions."

Using Zaver in-store and for e-commerce

Zaver offers several different payment solutions for companies and Juvelia uses Zaver both in-store and for e-commerce via Zaver's WooCommerce plug-in. One of the reasons for this may well be Jonas' customers' experience of simplicity using Zaver. "Many have said 'amazing, how frictionless', and it's consistently been positive feedback."
